If you choose to log in to oscarkilo.com using one of the supported identity providers, we may store your publicly visible profile information for the purpose of providing a personalized experience to you. Specifically, we will store the following data:
Once you log in, we will ask you to create a username, which will be associated with your Oscar Kilo account.
You may choose to link your other identity provider accounts to your Oscar Kilo account, by logging in with them. In this case, we will store the same information as above for each of the linked accounts. All of this data will be associated with your Oscar Kilo account.
The purpose of linking multiple identity providers to the same Oscar Kilo account is to reduce your risk of losing access to your Oscar Kilo account in the event that you lose access to one of your identity provider accounts.
We do not have access to your identity provider passwords. We have no ability to reset or retrieve those passwords.
We do not ask you to create an Oscar Kilo account password. Instead, we rely on the identity providers as the sole means of authentication.
We do not store the tokens that log you in. Those exist only in transient memory, while we retrieve your publicly visible profile information.
There is one exception, and only if you ask for it: connecting a Google Calendar, described below, gives us a token that we do store.
If you offer meetings on our booking page, you may connect your own Google Calendar. A visitor who books a meeting with you is never asked to connect anything.
With that permission, we:
We do not read, change or delete any of your existing events, and we keep nothing from your calendar. Free and busy times are used to draw one week and are not written down anywhere.
We do store the Google refresh token that this permission gives us, so that the above works without asking you again each time. You can withdraw the permission at any time from your Google Account's third-party access page, which stops all of it immediately.
We use cookies to facilitate your ability to log in to your Oscar Kilo account, and to link that account with your identity providers.
You may delete your account at any time by visiting your profile page.
Oscar Kilo reserves the right to retain certain records essential for maintaining legal compliance; for instance, a record of your acceptance of the Terms of Service.
